Damn, got a large green matcha latte here and I think i got robbed. Wait no, i know i got robbed. I know it's normal to charge for Oatmilk but also got charged for syrup. It was decent but was almost 10$ and mostly filled with ice which tasted watered down eventually. There was a 4% charge regardless if you pay with cash or card, what the heck? The chocolate chip cookie was good but also 6$ it was nice, clean but also filled with people so it can get really busy - probably not the best place to sit with a laptop and do some work in.

For Five Coffee Roasters (Garden City location) clearly deserves a Five Star Review! It's a beautiful cafe, with outdoor seating both out front on Seventh Street and a nice patio out back. The espresso-based drinks have to be the best on Long Island. They have my favorite beans. Dang, forgot to buy a bag today. The coffee is consistently great. Big Guy Comfort Factor of 8. Very comfortable sturdy seating on the patio - seat could have been wider but I was very comfy. My wife and I stopped in after my doctor's appointment this morning. Good doctor visit deserves a trip to For Five. The pastries and other food are displayed beautifully. We ordered a cappuccino, a latte and two Bostocks - an almond french toast kind of muffin thing. Everything was delicious. My only issue is that we were charged an unannounced 4% Operational Fee. I'm not sure what that is. The coffee and food are expensive to begin with (but well-worth it), so an additional 4% is not appreciated. Nonetheless, a great place. We've been to the Garden City location at least 4 times and will definitely return when I'm in the neighborhood.

Absolutely love this place. Love how nice and airy it is. Plenty of seating. They have some outside in the front, and then inside main room, and then outside in the back as well. Been here twice and the first time staff was friendly when ordering. Second time, I felt rushed. I understand it's busy but pls don't rush the customers when they have questions about an item. Love the coffee and pastries. I will be back next time to try their lunch menu.

A great upscale local coffee shop serving great drinks and fantastic food. On top of the great coffee, tea, and baked goods, there's a pretty solid food menu full of fantastic breakfast and brunch options. Everything is definitely on the upscale side, so be prepared for higher price points for everything. It's a super modern, bright, clean, and spacious cafe, with plenty of tables, chairs, couches and armchairs. It's a great place to get some work done, read, or catch up with a friend over coffee or a meal. The staff are really friendly and attentive. You order at the counter and they'll bring your food out to your table, and pick things up after. Overall, a fantastic spot in a great neighborhood!
